NJ businesses pan Gov's 'Tax and spend' budget

Business leaders across NJ panned the governor's proposed FY2021 budget that would raise more than $1B in taxes and borrow $4B. Gov. Murphy says the money's needed to pay for social programs, and create a surplus in case Covid-19 returns for a deadly second surge but struggling businesses say they can't handle more taxes on top of a pandemic.
