NJ soft-launched its new COVID-19 contact tracing system CommCare this week.

NJ soft-launched its new COVID-19 contact tracing system CommCare this week. Participants say it went smoothly for the most part, although it hit a few bumps when CommCare started moving cases where they didn't belong. At least one town wants to opt out and keep its own contact tracing team. But some form of statewide tracing's required for the state to move forward with plans to reopen.
