Residents who had surgeries postponed during the COVID-19 surge can now reschedule.

New Jersey residents who had their elective surgeries postponed during the COVID-19 hospital surge can now reschedule those procedures. It's welcome relief for those who've been waiting for weeks. Biopsies, colonoscopies, and a list of other procedures are back on the schedule. It's also a fiscal rescue for struggling hospitals which make their money on elective surgeries.
