NJ hospitals prep extreme Freezers for COVID-19 vaccine

Frontline doctors and nurses are first in line for vaccinations.

Holy Name Medical Center's deep freezer temp's set at minus 81 degrees Celsius - that's 112 degrees below zero Fahrenheit: you need gloves to avoid frostbite! It's critical to keep the vaccine frozen: if it thaws out, it must be used within just six hours. Frontline doctors and nurses are first in line for vaccinations.
