New Jersey restaurants that already bought food and rehired staff sharply criticized Gov. Phil Murphy's decision to postpone Thursday's scheduled reopening for indoor dining. Murphy said he hit the pause button after watching videos of crowded bars with maskless patrons. But restaurants owners say to crack down on the bars that break the rules and let law-abiding eateries reopen for business.
