New Jersey's health commissioner announced Tuesday a four-phase program to test every resident and staffer for COVID-19 at all long-term care facilities. She gave no time frame, but family members have been pushing for the state to be more proactive in testing at long-term care facilities. New Jersey's Attorney General asked the public to report problems through a new online portal.
