Hair salons, day spas, tattoo parlors and other service-oriented shops reopened Monday.
Clients rushed to keep appointments as hair salons, day spas, tattoo parlors and other service-oriented shops reopened Monday in New Jersey. Under expanded Phase Two guidelines, shops can admit patrons by appointment only, with temperature checks, mandatory mask wearing and strict social distancing. It'll cut the pace of some businesses by a third or more. Staff say that'll mean smaller incomes.
