NJ entered Phase 2 of its reopening plan today

Restaurants can now offer service in outdoor dining areas only as NJ entered Phase 2 of its reopening plan today. Many non-essential businesses did welcome patrons back inside, with strict social distancing and safety guidelines. Gov. Murphy warned against moving too quickly -- saying without consumer confidence, there would be no customers.
