Citing a lack of communication from JCP&L, some towns want to switch power companies.

As tens of thousands of New Jersey residents still sit in the dark, some mayors in areas served by JCP&L have complained to state regulators about the utility's poor response and lack of communication. The mayors of West Windsor and Robbinsville now want to switch utilities to a different power company.
