Following busy weekend at the shore, some businesses reopen

Non-essential businesses can now offer curbside delivery of phone and online orders.

New Jersey's non-essential businesses reopened Monday, offering curbside delivery of phone and online orders but no one allowed inside. Most welcomed the chance to resume business, but after a two month shutdown many worried whether customers would return. Meanwhile, crowds packed boardwalks down the shore and many didn't bother to wear face masks.
