New Jersey school districts trying to finalize plans for fall classes could face teacher and staff shortages, at least that's what Camden's predicting. Districts must also offer online-only learning if parents decide not to send their kids to class on campus. It's a tough planning process complicated by anxious families, worried staff, partisan politics and a very unpredictable virus.
