People are lining up to be tested for COVID-19 after a doctor opened his own testing van.

A physician with deep roots in Essex County set up his own COVID-19 test van to screen folks in urban neighborhoods who couldn't get tested otherwise. Now they're lining up, at a social distance, for throat swabs and blood draws. The doctor's criticizing New Jersey for its late-in-the-game testing schedule and "flat-footed" response to the pandemic.
