Coastal towns in NJ battened down the hatches in preparation for Tropical Storm Isaias.

As Tropical Storm Isaias brings heavy rains and some 40 to 50 mph wind up the eastern shoreline, coastal towns in New Jersey battened down the hatches in preparation. But Isaias could jog a bit west and drench inland Jersey. Meterologists are closely watching the storm's track.
