Advocates worry that a memo from the president could lead to a census undercount in NJ.

After the president fired off a memo that seeks to exclude undocumented immigrants from being counted in the 2020 census, New Jersey advocates said they're deeply worried it could suppress the tally of immigrants in the state. That could cost New Jersey in two ways by ceding another Congressional seat and losing federal aid dollars.
