More than 6 million New Jersey voters will get ballots in the mail.

More than 6 million New Jersey voters will get ballots in the mail, probably sometime in early October, for the Nov. 3 general election. This time, voters will get the option of dropping off completed vote-by-mail ballots at polling places, but only disabled voters will get to use machines. County clerks expect to hear a barrage of complaints from folks who don't like vote by mail.
