Learning on the lake: NJ’s floating classroom is back

Hands-on learning experience for children and adults

Children and adults are getting a hands-on educational experience about New Jersey’s largest lake. The Lake Hopatcong Foundation is hosting floating classroom sessions every Monday this summer. The 90-minute tour teaches visitors about the importance of protecting water resources in the state. The experience includes data collection and other water quality experiments.
