Gov. Beshear says more than 18,000 homes and businesses were damaged by flooding.

Kentuckians are bundling up, cleaning up, and digging out as the Commonwealth deals with cold, snow, and flooding all at once. Gov. Beshear says the weather caused damage to more than 18,000 structures worth more than $1 billion, and that doesn't include damage to roads and other infrastructure.
