According to the CDC, flu cases are at a 15-year all time high. ASU Law professor Paul Bender and attorney Stephen Montoya of Montoya, Lucero and Pastor will discuss unitary executive theory. Unitary Executive Theory is a Constitutional law theory according to which the President of the United States has sole authority over the executive branch.
