The Biden administration faces the largest surge of migrants the U.S. has seen in 20 years, with border patrol apprehending nearly 100,000 asylum seekers in February, including around 10,000 unaccompanied minors. Elizabeth Neumann leads the Council on National Security and Immigration, which is making the case for bipartisan reform on this issue.
