When Gideon Adams first came to the United States from England years ago, he was stunned how many Americans lacked access to affordable and healthy food. He now works with the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina which plays a pivotal role in the Capitol Area Food Network, and talks about how Covid has put strains on the food supply chain.
