We've always loved waffles, and probably eight years ago we bought a commercial waffle iron at an auction and we've just been playing with it, adding cornbread instead of waffle batter, adding hash browns, adding cake batter, brownie batter.

We've always just made our own creations and loved waffles, and it just seemed like a natural fit.

We had an idea of opening a little coffee shop and doing a waffle bar on the weekends.

Since then, several coffee houses have opened.

So we thought, let's just focus on waffles.

There's nothing like that in the area.

And we thought it would be a big hit.

Secret to a good waffle is... We do make our batter homemade, both our main batter and our vegan gluten friendly batter.

They're both homemade.

The biggest seller for the sweet is the Cheesecake, Strawberry Cheesecake.

The banana bliss is pretty close up there.

And then our chicken and waffles has been a big hit.

And the Braffle, which is a brat wrapped in the waffle instead of a bun.
