REAL LIFE empowers people to overcome addictive lifestyles and avoid reincarceration.
Barriers like lack of housing, cell phones, resumes can often lead people back to incarceration; other times, it’s addictive lifestyles. Dr. Sarah Scarbrough noticed this when she worked as program director at Richmond City Jail. Her response was to start a program called REAL LIFE, a pathway to make real change.
