In a new book, Eric Holder argues that since the Supreme Court struck down parts of the Voting Rights Act in 2013, states have sought to suppress and restrict voting rights. The book is called "Our Unfinished March: the violent past and imperiled future of the vote. A history, a crisis, a plan."
