Former broadcast news anchor Francesca Marguerite Maximé won the 2020 Allen Ginsberg Poetry Award from the Poetry Center at the Passaic County Community College. Francesca describes how poetry helped turn her life around, and start a new career as a life coach and trauma healer. She reads her winning poem at the 40th anniversary celebration of the Poetry Center, founded by Maria Mazziotti Gillan.
