I'm your host, Jordan Spedville, and today we have two super awesome teams joining us.
On the bottom row, we have Hamilton County with Maddie, Mayzie, and Ashlee.
On the top row, we have Frankfort with Ryan, Joseph, and Presley.
Now that we know our contestants, it's time to go over the rules.
I'm going to be reading a series of toss-up questions that are worth 10 points a piece, that both teams can answer.
If a contestant answers the toss-up correctly, their team has the chance to answer a bonus question worth 20 points.
However, if they get that bonus question incorrect, the other team can steal it away from them and earn themselves 10 points.
The interruption rule will be in effect in today's game.
So if a contestant decides to interrupt me, and they answer a question incorrectly, the other team automatically receives five points and they get to hear the entire question.
As usual, we'll be having our lightning round halfway through our game where I'm going to be reading a series of questions worth 10 points, a peach, piece in each, in any given category and both teams will have a chance to answer as many as they possibly can in 60 seconds.
