The San Diego County District Attorney’s office Friday released reviews of two officer-involved shootings and three in-custody deaths that happened over the past year. Also, the state is moving to turn dilapidated downtown properties into affordable housing and the U.S. Sand Sculpting Challenge and Dimensional Art Expo kicks off this weekend.
