Gourmet food.
For dinner tonight, we've got handmade .. All right, Christine, what is your cooking philosophy?
My cooking philosophy is that My cooking philosophy is that My cooking philosophy is that I really believe in cooking from scratch.
I grew up in a household where my mom cooked, my grandmother cooked, everybody cooked from scratch.
And one of the other things I enjoy is sort of making a show out of what I cook and how I cook.
I cook on a wood fired cook stove.
I make my own pasta from scratch, my own croissants from scratch.
I often will source local seafood.
Food brings people together, and so I really want to bring people to our dining table for conversation and good food and something that's going to, surprise them and hopefully go above and beyond what they were expecting.
Well, the food has been absolutely amazing.
Glad you enjoyed it.
I’m Angela.
Thank you for exploring.
I'll see you.
