American David Headley has admitted to doing reconnaissance for a terrifying plot to attack the Danish newspaper that published the cartoons of the Prophet Muhammed. The plan was to take employees hostage and decapitate them and throw their heads out the window. ProPublica reporter Sebastian Rotella explains how Headley cased the city.
