Thousands gathered in downtown Fresno to celebrate the opening of Fulton Street. The project to convert the Fulton Mall to traffic is designed to help revitalize the area. The Downtown Fresno Partnership hosted the opening party. There was a ribbon cutting, car show, live music and more.
