Expertise Project is capturing the wisdom from the outgoing workforce and passing it onto the incoming workforce - students. Through a video-based career discovery platform, students in high school and college can discover local job opportunities and employers in fields like manufacturing, engineering or building trades to see what jobs might be a good fit for them.
