Districts have been waiting for state guidance to determine what school will look like in the fall. Friday, the Murphy administration detailed rules including social distancing, screening of students and cleaning measures. It’s allowing districts to develop their own plans for reduced capacity learning that adapts to the needs of each district. But as they plan, many questions remain.
