Bayonne says virtual learning is its best option when school resumes in the fall. When the district ran readiness drills with teachers that simulated the school day, administrators found that screening and social distancing measures will severely limit instruction. The all-virtual plan would include synchronous learning where students are listening to live instruction throughout the day.
