Learn Moreabout PBS online sponsorship(upbeat music) - My name is Galen Black.
I am the Director of Local Programming here at PBS North Carolina.
We are on air 24/7 on four services.
So my team is responsible for every single minute, every single second of those four 24 hours be filled with video content.
That's the great thing about PBS North Carolina is that the variety of shows we have on the air and it means a lot of different people can interact with us with their interest.
What I see in media today, and that's everything from network television all the way over to TikTok.
It's still video, it's still motion pictures, it's still television.
And people are doing the same thing we've always done.
Oh, here's how you prepare this meal.
It's like, well, we were doing that 50 years ago, 60 years ago.
I think we're in a great spot to go forward and do what is core.
People do wanna learn.
People do wanna explore.
That's why it's so important for us to kind of look at our own programming and our own storytelling because who else is telling the story of North Carolina but us.
