The Garvies Point development, which is close to a one billion dollar project, will include new housing units, parks and even a ferry terminal. Scott Rechler, CEO and Chairman of RXR Realty, the master developer of the project, and Reginald Spinello, Mayor of Glen Clove, discuss the plans.
