Analyst doesn’t expect any relief before September
The average price of gas is now over $5 a gallon in New Jersey. Warehouse retailers like Costco, which used to allow non-members to fill up at its gas stations, will now require customers to have a store membership in order to buy gas. That change starts on July 5. "I am not expecting any relief soon," said petroleum analyst Patrick De Haan from Gas Buddy.
