U.S. Reps. Glenn Grothman, R-Glenbeulah, and Mark Pocan, D-Town of Vermont, weigh in on some of the highlights of President Donald Trump’s first State of the Union address. Grothman says the U.S. immigration policy is not worth shutting the government down over, but needs to be fixed. Pocan says negotiations with the White House have been hard, describing competing centers of power involved.
