The true story of World War II's all Japanese-American unit.

(1951) A World War II drama starring Van Johnson. A Lieutenant must overcome his prejudice when he is assigned to lead the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, a group made up almost entirely of Japanese-American soldiers. Making it through their basic training, he and his regiment are sent off to Europe, where they work together to distinguish themselves in battle.
