For many Rhode Islanders in need of a few hundred dollars, payday loans are a quick and easy source of cash. Rhode Island PBS Weekly sat down with the founder of Capital Good Fund, who set out to create an alternative to payday loans. Andy Posner explains how he’s creating pathways out of poverty.
