He says redistricting takes time, and he thinks it will be difficult for Kentucky Republicans to go beyond what they've already done.

I mean, that ain't right.
If our General Assembly gets in on, what's going on around the country and tries to take, one district, which is pretty democratic and split it into others, you know, they could go from having one Democratic congressman to two.
A lot of times these things backfire.
