Kingsburg Reads One Book brought a community together through the power of literature.
ValleyPBS partnered with the Kingsburg Elementary Charter School District and the City of Kingsburg for Kingsburg Reads One Book. The citywide project was inspired in part by PBS’ Great American Read. The entire community came together to read Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. The goal was for children to read with their parents and for others in the Fresno County community to get involved too!
