When I tasted the Piebald White, the first thing that came to my mind was smoked ham! The wine is wonderfully acidic and filled with flavors that also go well with cream sauce. Thus, the pasta with smoked ham, fresh peas, and garlic. It makes an easy weeknight meal but also serve it to friends for a lovely Saturday night dinner!
