JUST WHEN YOU THINK THE LONG-RUNNING BATTLE FOR SUPREMACY BETWEEN THE LEFT AND RIGHT IN THIS COUNTRY COULDN'T GET ANY WORSE, ANY MORE HARROWING, SOMEONE TAKES A SHOT AT FORMER PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP.
I AM NO FAN OF DONALD TRUMP, AS REGULAR VIEWERS OF THIS SHOW ARE WELL AWARE.
BUT I'M THANKFUL THE SHOOTER ONLY GRAZED HIS TARGET, AND TRUMP'S LIFE WAS SPARED.
FIRST OFF, POLITICAL VIOLENCE IS WRONG, AND THE ANSWERS TO OUR SOCIAL PROBLEMS WILL NEVER BE FOUND THROUGH A RIFLE SCOPE, OR AT THE END OF A FLAG-POLE SPEAR LIKE THOSE SEEN ON JANUARY 6.
SECONDLY, HIS DEATH AT THE HANDS OF AN ASSASSIN WOULD HAVE ONLY MADE OUR DISMAL STATE OF DIVISION ALL THE WORSE, AS RABID PARTISANS POINTED FINGERS AND FANS OF TRUMP TURNED HIM INTO A MARTYR FOR INTOLERANCE AND VITRIOL.
EVEN IN THE FAILED ATTEMPT, SOME OF THIS HAS GONE ON, AND IT'S SURREAL TO SEE FOLKS CONTINUE TO STOKE SUCH DIVISIONS IN THE FACE OF HORRIFIC VIOLENCE.
THE ONLY WAY TO DEFEAT TRUMP AND THE RADICAL BRAND OF POLITICS HE ESPOUSES IS AT THE BALLOT BOX.
WE NEED TO VOTE OURSELVES BACK INTO RATIONAL DISCOURSE AND CIVIL DEBATE.
UNFORTUNATELY, SO MANY OF OUR FELLOW AMERICANS CONSIDER THE CHOICE THIS YEAR AND LEAN TOWARD NOT VOTING AT ALL.
TRUMP HAS PROVEN HIMSELF TOXIC, AS THE PAST EIGHT YEARS HAVE DEMONSTRATED.
MEANWHILE, PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN'S AGE, APPARENT COGNITIVE DECLINE AND STANCE ON ISSUES LIKE THE WAR IN GAZA HAVE MADE HIM UNPOPULAR WITH MANY.
WHILE NEITHER OF THESE CANDIDATES ARE PARTICULARLY INSPIRING, ONLY ONE HAS REPEATEDLY DEMONSTRATED THAT THEY ARE A THREAT TO DEMOCRACY, AND THE RULE OF LAW.
IT'S EASY TO SAY THAT IN THE FACE OF SUCH MEDIOCRITY, THE CHOICE DOESN'T MATTER.
BUT IF YOU'RE A PERSON OF COLOR, OR TRANSGENDER, OR HOMELESS, OR IF YOU SUFFER UNDER ANY NUMBER OF DISADVANTAGES THAT RENDER YOU IN NEED OF GOVERNMENT SERVICES OR SUPPORT, YOU TRULY CAN'T AFFORD THE RISK.
AND WITH THE RECENT SUPREME COURT DECISION TO BROADEN PRESIDENTIAL IMMUNITY NOW IN EFFECT, THE NEXT PRESIDENT WILL HAVE AN UNPRECEDENTED OPPORTUNITY TO GET AWAY WITH A LAUNDRY LIST OF CRIMES AND MISDEMEANORS.
SITTING THIS ONE OUT, AND STICKING YOUR FINGERS IN YOUR EARS, WOULD LIKELY JUST FURTHER WOUND THE MOST CHALLENGED AMONG US.
WHAT GOOD WOULD YOUR INDIGNANT REFUSAL TO VOTE DO THEN?
AND NOW, THE NEWS.
THE ONLY MEAT PROCESSING COMPANY ON THE NORTH COAST HAS JUST CLOSED, AND LOCAL RANCHERS ARE WORRIED ABOUT HOW THEY'RE GOING TO GET THEIR MEAT TO MARKET.
ACCORDING TO THE LOST COAST OUTPOST, REDWOOD MEAT COMPANY'S CLOSURE MEANS THAT HUMBOLDT COUNTY IS LOSING ITS ONLY USDA-CERTIFIED SLAUGHTERHOUSE.
SINCE THE 1950S, THE COMPANY HAS PROCESSED BEEF, HOGS, LAMBS AND GOATS FOR LOCAL RANCHERS.
RYAN NYLANDER, THE COMPANY'S OPERATOR, SAID THAT UNLESS AN OUTSIDE INVESTMENT COMES THROUGH SOON, THE COMPANY WILL STAY CLOSED PERMANENTLY.
SUCH AN INVESTMENT IS CONSIDERED A LONG SHOT.
NYLANDER TOLD THE LOST COAST OUTPOST THAT THE RISING COST OF INSURANCE, POWER, AND WATER MADE RUNNING THE BUSINESS UNTENABLE.
LOCAL RANCHERS, MEANWHILE, SAY THAT THE LOSS OF REDWOOD MEAT COMPANY WILL IMPACT THEIR OWN BOTTOM LINE, AND PUT THEIR BUSINESSES AT RISK.
LIZ AND HUGO KLOPPER FROM BEAR RIVER VALLEY BEEF SAID THAT REDWOOD MEAT COMPANY SLAUGHTERED AND PROCESSED ALL OF THE BEEF THEY'VE PRODUCED FOR THE PAST 20 YEARS.
“I HAVE NO EASY ANSWER,” LIZ KLOPPER SAID.

HUFFMAN SAYS PROJECT 2025 WILL “TRANSFORM OUR GOVERNMENT BY DRAMATICALLY INCREASING EXECUTIVE POWER, ELIMINATING CHECKS AND BALANCES, STRIPPING AWAY INDIVIDUAL FREEDOMS, AND EFFECTIVELY ENDING DEMOCRACY AS WE KNOW IT.” DURING A RECENT APPEARANCE ON MSNBC, HUFFMAN MADE THE CASE THAT THIS PLAN WILL DRAMATICALLY IMPACT PEOPLE'S LIVES AND NEEDS TO BE STOPPED.

HONESTLY THE DYSTOPIC OUT OF THE SHADOWS OF THIS RIGHT WING FEVER SWAMP AND MAKE IT KNOWN TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE AND HOW SERIOUSLY IT SHOULD BE TAKEN.
SO CONGRESSIONAL DEMOCRATS ARE STEPPING UP WITH THIS TASK FORCE.

I THINK THAT THE EXPLICIT EXTREMISM IN THIS WAR PLAN FOR THE MAGA RIGHT WING REPUBLICANS AND THERE ARE NO LONGER CONSTRAINTS.
THEY ARE BLASTING THROUGH NORMS AND IT'S NOT CLEAR THEY'LL BE BOUND BY THE RULE OF LAW AS THEY ROLL THE AGENDA FORWARD.
WE CAN TALK ABOUT THE SWEEPING OF THE CIVIL SERVICE WITH THESE VETTED TRUMP LOYALISTS THAT ARE GOING TO BE MAINTAINED BY THE HERITAGE FOUNDATION.
WE COULD TALK ABOUT THE ELIMINATING OF THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION.
ROLLING THE MILITARY INTO BLUE CITIES.
BUT IT'S THE EXPLICITLINESS AND THE EXTREMISM THE HIGHEST ECHELON OF DONALD TRUMP'S CIRCLE THAT CONCERNS ME MOST.

WE HAD THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR FOR HUMBOLDT COUNTY TO TALK ABOUT DEFERRED ROAD MAINTENANCE.
HE SAID $500 MILLION OF ROAD PROBLEMS THAT ARE NOT BEING ADDRESSED BECAUSE THE COUNTY DOESN'T HAVE THE MONEY.
ONE OF THE THINGS HE MENTION THEED THERE MAY BE A TAX THAT GETS PROPOSED TO FUND THAT.
YOU POINTED THAT THE BOARD IS GOING TO BE CONSIDERING THAT AND MAY HAVE SOME LANGUAGE.
SO IF PEOPLE WANT TO GET INVOLVED IN THAT MEETING GO TO TUESDAY'S MEETING.
>> YOU PUBLISHED AN OP-ED, AND BASICALLY SAID WE KNOW THERE'S UNMET OR UNFIXED ROADS AND THAT'S A PROBLEM.
WE ALSO HAVE NEED TO SPEND MONEY ON MASS TRANSIT IN HRVETING.
>> THAT'S ABSOLUTELY RIGHT.
>> WHAT IS THE COALITION OF RESPONSIBLE TRANSPORTATION >> WE'RE A NONPROFIT BASED IN HUMBOLDT.
WE WERE FOUNDED IN 2015, AND WE FOCUSED ON ENCOURAGING BETTER INFRASTRUCTURE AND POLICIES TO SUPPORT WALKING, BY KING, ROLLING, PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION THROUGHOUT HUMBOLDT AND AROUND THE NORTH COAST.
AND YOU KNOW WE WERE FOUNDED OUT OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL MOVEMENT FOLKS WHO HAD BEEN FIGHTING WITH CALTRAN GROUP AND REALLY SAW THE NEED FOR AN ENVIRONMENTAL NEED TO FOCUS ON TRANSPORTATION AND THE VARIOUS WAYS TO MAKE IT MORE ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY THAN THE STATUS QUO.
>> AS WE'RE GOING THROUGH THIS ONGOING STRUGGLE WITH CLIMATE CHANGE TRANSPORTATION PLAYS A BIG ROLE.
CAN YOU SORT OF HELP DEMONSTRATE OR TALK ABOUT THE CONNECTION BETWEEN TRANSPORTATION AND WHAT'S BEEN HAPPENING WITH THE CLIMATE AND THE WORLD.
>> NATIONALLY, THE TRANSPORTATION SECTOR IS THE LARGEST SOURCE OF CLIMATE POLLUTION.
AND HERE LOCALLY.
I THINK THAT THE MOST ESTIMATE THAT IT'S OVER 70% OF OUR LOCALLY ADMISSIONS COME FROM THE TRANSPORTATION SECTOR.
AND SO THAT'S A LOT OF DIFFERENT THINGS.
BUT THE BIGGEST CHUNK IS PERSONAL VEHICLES.
SO ONE OF THE MAJOR THINGS WE HAVE TO DO TO ADDRESS THE CLIMATE CRISIS IS TO REDUCE TRANSPORTATION EMISSION.
AND OF COURSE A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE FAMILIAR WITH THE IDEA OF ELECTRIC CARS AND THOSE KINDS OF SOLUTIONS WHICH ARE ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.
BUT IF YOU LOOK AT THE STATE'S PLANS AND MODELS AND REALLY ANY OF THE REPUTABLE MODELS FOR REDUCE EMISSIONS THEY NOT ONLY SHOW WE HAVE TO DRIVE LESS, AND SO WE NEED TO ESTABLISH BETTER METHODS FORGETTING AROUND BY PUBLIC TRANSIT, BY WALKING, BYE-BYE KING ET CETERA.
>> YOU WOULD LIKE SOME PORTION TO BE SPENT ON MASS TRANSIT.
DO YOU HAVE ANY KIND OF SENSE WHAT FORMULA WANT TO HAVE DEPLOYED.
WHAT WOULD BE A WORTHWHILE OR A SUFFICIENT EXPENDITURE BY THE COUNTY.
WE DON'T HAVE A PERCENTAGE EXPENDITURE OR PERCENTAGE DOLLAR FIGURE.
THIS WILL BE A GENERAL TAX.
AS SUCH THE COUNTY IS NOT ALLOWED WHAT PERCENT IS NOT ALLOWED TO GO TO WHAT.
LEGALLY THEY COULD SPEND IT ON ANYTHING.
AS WE SEE WITH MEASURE Z THAT'S ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF A GENERAL TAX.
THEY SORT OF MAKE A EVEN THOUGH THEY WILL SPEND ON CERTAIN THINGS AND THEY ESTABLISHED SOME ACCOUNTABILITY THINGS.
SO THEY ESTABLISHED AN OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE.
AND THERE'S SOME SORT OF MECHANISM TO MAKE SURE THAT HAPPENS.

AND I HAVE A TEENAGE SON AND DAUGHTER.
THE SERVICE IS SPOTTY.
ON THE WEEKENDS IT'S NONEXISTENT.
IN SOUTH HUMBOLDT THERE'S SOMETIMES COUPLE OF TIMES A DAY WHAT THEY'RE LIMITED TO.
BUT LIKE RIDERSHIP IS ALSO A PROBLEM.
I REMEMBER AT HTA AT WILLOW SERVICE THAT WOULD COME IN.
THEY COULDN'T GET THE RIDERS FOR IT.
THEY WANTED IT TO BE SELF-SUPPORTING AND THAT WAS ALWAYS A PROBLEM.
HOW DO YOU ADDRESS THAT SIDE OF THE ARGUMENT.
IF A ROUTE WON'T PRODUCE ENOUGH TO MAKE IT WORTHWHILE.
>> I THINK THERE'S A COUPLE OF WAYS TO ADDRESS THAT.
THAT WILLOW CREEK THAT AND IT'S PRIMARILY RIDDEN BY HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS COMING INTO ARCATA COMING TO GO TO HIGH SCHOOL.
THERE IS A DEMAND FOR TRANSIT.
THERE'S LESS DEMAND IN COMMUNITIES THAT HAVE LOWER DENSITY OF POPULATION.
THERE'S MORE DEMAND IN THE HIGHER POPULATED CITIES.
THERE'S AN ARGUMENT WE NEED TO PROVIDE SOME TRANSIT SERVICE SORT AS BROADLY AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE THERE ARE LOTS OF FOLKS THAT DON'T OR CAN'T DRIVE.
THAT INCLUDES KIDS LIKE YOU'RE SAYING.
IT ALSO INCLUDES LOTS OF SEEN COMPWRURS AND FOLKS WITH DISABILITIES AND FOLKS WHO CAN'T AFFORD OR MAINTAIN OR BUY FUEL FOR A CAR.
SO IN HUMBOLDT COUNTY THERE'S OFTEN AN ASSUMPTION THAT EVERYBODY DRIVES.
ACCORDING TO OUR RESEARCH 15,000 ADULTS DON'T EVEN HAVE A DRIVER'S LICENSE.
AND I THINK BEYOND THAT, WE NEED TO PROVIDE AS HIGH A LEVEL OF SERVICE AS THE RIDERSHIP WILL ALLOW AND THAT'S SORT OF A CHICKEN EGG SCENARIO.
SO PEOPLE WON'T RIDE TRANSIT IF THEY HAVE A CHOICE IF IT ISN'T PROVIDE A HIGH LEVEL OF SERVICE.
YOU NEED TO PROVIDE MORE FREQUENT SERVICE AND HAVE IT ON THE WEEKEND AND LATE AT NIGHT AND ALL THAT SORT OF THING.
IN THE AREAS WHERE WHERE PEOPLE LIVE.
HUMBOLDT BAY GREATER REGION.
>> SORT OF COUNTERINTUITIVE.
BY INVESTING YOU DRAW THE CUSTOMERS.
INSTEAD OF INVESTING ONLY WHEN THERE'S A CUSTOMER BASE.
>> IF YOU START A NEW ROUTE YOU DON'T JUDGE ITS SUCCESS FOR AT LEAST A COUPLE OF YEARS BECAUSE IT TAKES FOR A WHILE FOR THE PEOPLE TO GET USED TO THE SERVICE.

THAT'S SUPPORTED THAT INDICATES YOU REALLY NEED SERVICE AT LEAST THAT FREQUENT FOR FOLKS WHO HAVE A CHOICE TO CHOOSE TO RIDE.
BECAUSE IT'S KIND OF THE LEVEL WHERE YOU DON'T HAVE TO PLAN YOUR TRIP SO MUCH.
AND JUST KNOW PRETTY SOON A BUS WILL COME.
>> I KNOW THEY'VE HAD HEARINGS TO MEET SOME OF THE UNMET NEEDS.
>> WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING AND THE RURAL AREAS ABOUT THEIR TRANSPORTATION NEEDS.
ARE THEY COMPLAINING ABOUT RODAL BEING IN BAD QUALITY OR THE FACT THEY NEED TRANSPORTATION INTO THE COUNTY SEAT.
>> I THINK THAT WOULD PROBABLY DEPEND WHO YOU ASK.
ON THE TRANSIT NEEDS PROCESS IS AN ANNUAL THING THAT'S LEGALLY REQUIRED FOR THE ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS TO DO.
>> THEY'RE TO DIVIDE UP AND SPEND THE STATE'S TRANSPORTATION DOLLARS.
THEY DO THIS PROCESS AS PART OF THE TRANSIT FUNDING THAT CALMS FROM THE STATE.
EVERY YEAR PEOPLE BRING FORWARD FROM ACROSS THE COUNTY TRANSIT NEEDS THAT ARE NOT BEING MET.
MOST OF THEM END UP BEING REJECTED BECAUSE THERE ISN'T THE FUNDING TO DO IT.
SO THERE'S DEFINITELY A NEED TO EXPAND SERVICE TO PROVIDE BETTER SERVICE FOR FOLKS THAT ALREADY RELY ON THE TRANSIT.
AND BUT THEY'VE ADOPTED A REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION PLAN BECAUSE OF THE CLIMATE ISSUE.
SO IT CALLS FOR DOUBLING RIDERSHIP BY 2025 WHICH IS NEXT YEAR, AND DOUBLING BY 2030, AND DOUBLING AGAIN BY 2040.
>> I MEAN WE'RE TALKING TO YOU.
WHAT THEY ALSO NEED IS MORE IN AND CREES SERVICE FROM SOUTHERN HUMBOLDT AND EASTERN HUMBOLDT.
I'M SURE THEY'RE CONSIDERING.
FOR THE PEOPLE IT CAN BE A LIMITING FACTOR FOR PEOPLE WITH JOBS AND KIDS COMING TO HIGH SCHOOL.
>> AND YOU KNOW THERE'S SOME INTERESTING INNOVATIONS.
PART OF THE CHALLENGE WITH LOWER DENSITY AREAS LIKE THAT FOLKS REALLY WANT TO -- FOLKS HOORAH LIE ON THE BUS BUT THERE'S ENOUGH OF A POPULATION FOR FREQUENT SERVICE.
ONE OF THE THINGS YOU CAN DO IS MICROTRANSIT OR ON DEMAND WHERE YOU HAVE A SMALLER VEHICLE THAT SORT ARE HAVE A SERVICE AREA THAT CAN PICK UP PEOPLE AND BRING THEM INTO THE FIXED ROUTES.
PROVIDES BETTER SERVICE THAN THE TWO OR THREE TIMES WITH A REGULAR BUS.
DOESN'T REQUIRE YOU TO REQUIRE THIS RUN WITH ONE OR TWO PEOPLE ON THE BUS SOMETIMED.
IT'S SOMETHING WE'VE BEEN LOOKING AT.

THE BUDGET IS ALL STATE AND FEDERAL MONEY, AND I THINK ABOUT 40% OF IT IS GRANTS.
SO WHEN YOU -- >> LIMITED IN TIME.
USUALLY A ONE TIME SHOT.
>> YOU HAVE TO APPLY EVERY YEAR OR WHATEVER IT IS.
WHEN YOU START TO THINK ABOUT THE INSECURITY ABOUT THAT.
AND THE STATE HAS THIS BIG BUDGET DEFICIT.
AND SO YOU KNOW THERE'S A BIG NEED IN MY NEED TO HAVE A RELIABLE LOCAL SOURCE OF FUNDING SO THAT IF SOMETHING WERE TO HAPPEN AT THE TATE OR FEDERAL LEVEL WHICH IS NOT UNLIKELY WE COULD BE BACKSTOP AND KEEP FROM LOSING SERVICE.
>> NOW, YOU GUYS SAY IF THIS DOESN'T HAVE THIS PART FOR THE MASS TRANSIT YOU'RE GOING TO OPPOSE.
>> AN ORGANIZATION LIKE MINE WE'RE A NONPROFIT, THAT MEANS THERE'S A LIMITED AMOUNT OF TIME AND ENERGY THAT WE CAN SPEND ON BALLOT MEASURE ISSUES.
SO WE WOULD OFFICIALLY OPPOSE IT IF IT DIDN'T MEET THESE STANDARDS.
BUT WE WOULDN'T SPEND A LOT OF TIME CAMPAIGNING.
BUT THEY ARE ALLOWED TO SPEND MORE OF THEIR TIME AND MONEY ON BALLOT MEASURES AND THEY PROBABLY WOULD.

>> HAVE YOU APPROACHED THE COUNTY WORK DEPARTMENT.
WHAT'S THEIR ATTITUDE BEEN LIKE.
ARE THEY RECIPROCAL.
>> WE'VE BEEN WORKING WITH THE COUNTY FOR A WHILE EXPRESSING THESE CONCERNS AND TRYING TO MAKE SURE THERE'S -- THAT THE MEASURE ADDRESSING THE INCLUDES TRANSIT IN A MEANINGFUL WAY.
THE LANGUAGE THAT THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS WILL THAT WE DON'T KNOW WHAT IT WILL LOOK LIKE.
THEY'RE DOING ALL THEIR POLLING AND TRYING TO FIND OUT WHAT'S THE RIGHT MESSAGING THAT WILL APPEAL TO THE MOST VOTERS.
VOTERS WHO MIGHT BE MORE LIKELY TO SUPPORT A TAX LIKE THIS ALSO PERHAPS MIGHT BE CONCERNED ABOUT THE CLIMATE.
MIGHT BE CONCERNED ABOUT CLIMATE, AND THE ENVIRONMENTAL.
AND THE TAX ON EQUITY.
WE THINK THIS WOULD BE A GOOD SELL TO THOSE VOTERS.
>> SO YOU GUYS POINT OUT IN THE AUTOPSY SAID WHICH I ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO READ.
WE'LL HAVE A LINK IN THE DESCRIPTION.
BUT THE SALES TAX ISN'T SPREAD EQUALLY ACROSS-THE-BOARD.
BUT OFTEN THE MOST POOR PEOPLE WHO'RE HIT THE HARDEST.
IT'S THE WHO'REST PEOPLE WHO AREN'T DRIVING WHO'RE DEPENDENT ON BUSES.
THEREFORE THEY'RE PAYING AN DIS DISPROPORTION NUT FOR A SERVICE THAN OTHER PEOPLE.
>> THEY'VE ESTABLISHED LOWER INCOME PEOPLE PAY A GREATER PORTION OF THEIR INCOME FOR SALES TAX.
AN AMOUNT MIGHT SEEM TRIVIAL COULD MAKE A SIGNIFICANT IMPACT ON SOMEONE WHO'S STRUGGLING TO PUT FOOD ON THE TABLE.
MAKING SURE IF WE'RE GOING TO FUND IT IN AN EQUITABLE WAY, AND THAT IT HELPS OUT THE FOLKS BEAR THE BURDEN MOST HEAVILY.
>> HAVE YOU DONE ANY WORK -- YOU MENTIONED THERE'S NOT MUCH MONEY FOR TRANSIT EXPENDITURES.
BUT HAVE YOU GUYS BRAINSTORMED ANY OTHER IDEAS YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO RAISE MONEY FOR ROADWORK OR JUST IN GENERAL TRANSPORTATION SECTOR.

NONE OF THOSE THINGS RAISE AS MUCH MONEY AS A SAILS TAX.
I THINK THERE ARE OTHER THINGS TO EXPLORE.
BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE LOCAL OPTIONS ARE A LITTLE BIT LIMITED.
THE LARGER AMOUNT OF MONEY JUST LIKE WITH ROADS END UP HAVING TO COME FROM THE STATE OR FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.
HAVING THAT THE LOCAL RELIABLE MONEY WE CAN USE WITHOUT THE STRINGS ATTACHED THIS IS ONE OF THE ONLY KINDS OF WAYS WE CAN DO THAT >> I APPRECIATE THAT.
ARE YOU PLANNING ON ATTENDING THE BOARD MEETING ON TUESDAY.
>> I ABSOLUTELY AM.
>> ARE YOU GOING TO GET UP AND SPEAK.

AND HOPEFULLY WE'LL BE ABLE TO SUPPORT IT.
IF NOT WE ARE READY TO OPPOSE.
THAT THRESHOLD FIGURE IS THE BIG QUESTION.
THEN THAT'S WHERE THE REAL QUESTION AMONG YOURSELVES.

AND WELL IT'S A MATTER OF LIKE HOW IS TRANSIT WRITTEN IN THERE.
AND IS IT A LIST OF 15 OTHER THINGS.
