Health care systems across New Jersey are mobilizing to give a second COVID-19 booster to vulnerable patients and clients over age 50, after the Food and Drug Administration authorized the second booster this week. But more than one-third of New Jerseyans over 50 still haven't gotten their first COVID-19 booster. And providers are encountering resistance from some people.
