Supporters and opponents sound off at marathon virtual session

Hundreds of people turned up to speak at a virtual public meeting Thursday on the proposed congestion pricing plan for New York City that could cost New Jersey drivers anywhere from $5 to $23 in fees on top of existing tolls. It was the first of six public hearings planned; the second will be held Saturday.
