On Capitol Hill, an angry exchange involving Congressman James Colmer of Kentucky's first District, Colmer as chairman of the House Oversight Committee, has been leading an investigation into the president's son, Hunter Biden and his finances.

Colmer has criticized Biden as well.

One of those criticisms involves a loan from the president to his brother.

But Democrats say Colmer also loan money to his brother.
