KSPS PBS welcomes up and coming Spokane singer, Helmer Noel. The singer/songwriter is new to the music scene here in Spokane, Washington after only moving here during the pandemic. But Helmer is no stranger to music, he has performed for Tiny Desk - Concert Tour in Seattle and has even won 2024 Spokane's Got Talent.
