Advocate Discusses Smoking Ban

Maureen Busalacchi discusses the implications of the statewide smoking ban.

Gov. Jim Doyle signed an amendment Tuesday that alters a 2009 law which, come July 5 of this year, prohibits smoking in public places on the state level. Maureen Busalacchi, executive Director of anti-smoking advocacy group Smoke Free Wisconsin, discusses a possible loophole in the definition of "outdoor space" as well as forecasts the larger implications of the law's implementation.
