Attorney Frederick Perillo is representing private sector unions in their lawsuit against the state. He said Dane County Circuit Court Judge William Foust ruled in labor unions' favor last week because of a law that says the government cannot require entities to provide services to someone without just compensation. Perillo said his argument is based on longstanding Wisconsin precedent.
