Ken Mayer is a political science professor and expert on presidential power at UW-Madison. He calls the amount of chaos in the White House currently "unprecedented." Mayer said the turmoil coming from President Donald Trump's administration has had consequences, including unclear parameters in his recent executive order limiting travel into the United States from certain countries.
