Madison Public Schools might miss out on millions of dollars of state funding if it doesn't approve Act 10 related changes on how its employees are insured. The law shifted more pension and health insurance costs to employees. If the board doesn't approve those changes, they miss their $16 million share of new funds in the Gov. Scott Walker's proposed state budget.
